Answer:	These look different from the ones I ordered, but the metal piece on mine was sturdy enough to navigate down a metal straw but flexible enough to curve with the straw bend. Answer:	A: We are transitioning my 1 year old off bottles. This has been great, he learned quick on how to use the straw and since it is silicone he can’t get hurt on it.
