Answer:	18/0 would mean 18 percent chromium and 0 percent nickel 18/8 indicates 18 percent chromium & 8 percent nickel 18/10 indicates 18 percent chromium & 10 percent nickel. Because nickel costs about $17 per pound, much more than steel or chromium, stainless steel which contains none would be less expensive than flatware which contains 8 or 10 percent nickel. While 18/0 is not necessarily unsatisfactory (and some people who are concerned about nickel even feel it is better), it is more prone to rusting as it is not as corrosion resistant.

Answer:	I've had my pans for about 2 1/2 years. I frequently use these pans in 450 degree ovens and they do not warp. These are not for dishwasher though. Hand wash and immediately dry. I'm on to purchase 2 more 1/2 sheets and a second Big Sheet.

Answer:	I dont know but they are not goof functioning at all. This sheet buckles less than 30 minutes of 400 degrees so buckled and titling while it is in the oven super bad if you have any juices in pan. Looks fantastic but the material is not solid so it seems very "coated" with something. Yes I would definitely assume China

Answer:	Probably. Nickel is one of the elements that frequently alloys with carbon and iron along with chromium to make "stainless steel". Approximately 75% of all stainless steels contain nickel.
Question:	Is it flimsy? Does it easily bend
Answer:	I son’t Think the tray is flimsy and it does not easily bend. These trays are great!
Question:	Can these be used at 425 degree fahrenheit
Answer:	Not recommended to use at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. The max to use should be no higher than 400 degrees Fahrenheit. However, I did use this pan one time at 425 Fahrenheit to bake bread, and one side of the pan buckled upward. With that being said, after I took it out of the oven and the pan cooled down, the pan flattened out to its natural shape. Other than that, these are great pans, and I use them often.

Answer:	Nothing has stuck on my cookie sheets - they wipe clean easily.
Question:	On your 12x16x1 backing sheet you are offering one set for 23.79 and another at 16.99. What the difference in SS grade and gauge
Answer:	Do a search on Amazon for "Wildone Baking Sheet" and you'll see 2 stainless steel baking sheets for $16.79. Right next to it you'll see the same baking sheets (same size and thickness) but with an additional 2 silicone baking sheets included in the package for $23.79. The extra cost appears to be for the silicone baking sheets. There appears to be no difference in the stainless steel sheets themselves. Look on Amazon and compare them for yourself.

Question:	Can these withstand temps up to 450 F and the broiler
Answer:	Based on my experience so far the pan warps at broiler temps. In another QA someone had said they were able to at 6 inches I think from the top. Though I did the same and mine warped. It does go back to normal though once cooled. Since it had warped once it now warps are 450 as well. I don't know if it would normally.
Question:	Are these lead free? NSF
Answer:	These pans are lead free. To the best of our knowledge, they have not been tested by NSF.
Question:	It says Aluminum (in addition to steel) under the details section. Is this a mistake
Answer:	Hi, The pans and the racks are both 100% stainless steel. I can't see where it says it is aluminum.

Question:	Why aren't they stamped stainless steel and the gage
Answer:	18/0 stainless steel and about .75mm thick according to other question responders. I don't know why they aren't actually stamped, but I just know they are really nice pans functioning very well for my uses.
