Answer:	Yes absolutely. The best tag chin ever is made . When all the water is gone from rice , invert all the rice to a colander . Do not disturb the dice with spoon trying to scoop up you will break rice and make it mooshy. Take few spoon ful needed to make your tag dig and proceed as the traditional way of making tag chin. Question:	does the rice burn at the bottom if kept too long at warming
Answer:	Consumer reports lists rice grown in the US as higher in arsenic except for that raised in CA and this is not grown in the US. It is grown in the Himalayas. Can't say it doesn't have any because I don't know but should have less than anything grown in the US.

Answer:	I could not find the actual glycemic index anywhere on the bag. I used the customer service email provided on the bag to inquire. After two weeks they replied that the GI is 55 or lower.
