Answer:	This would be too big for a 3 year old. It is large so her hands would have a hard time holding. Also the eye pieces probably wouldn't line up. I bought one for a 7 year old and I returned it because it didn't work very well, was hard to hold and was hard to adjust the focus.

Answer:	Hold the binoculars of the telescope with both hands and slowly rotate it upwards. You can adjust the distance between the binoculars by yourself. Adjust the position to your own eyes and you can see the distance. The maximim inter-ocular separation of this birding binoculars is about 7.5cm,and the minium is about 5.5cm. It is suitable for adults and kids.

1. Line an ungreased baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add water, 3 tablespoons sugar, salt, and 3 tablespoons oil. Stir until mixture reaches a boil, about 4 minutes, then remove from heat.
