Answer:	yes this will work for steel and other "hard" metals. it's not "industrial " quality but for a home shop it's great. the weak link is the knob on the toolpost it is sort of soft,I recommend replacing it with a grade 8 boly.

Answer:	Never measured my guess is 1/64 "
Question:	Can I cut grade 8 bolt with these
Answer:	Yes. Using the correct speed and cutting oil you shouldn't have any problem.

Answer:	I would say it depends on the thread size and diameter of the hole. Even so, the tips are not meant for thread cutting. I would recommend using a tool designed for cutting inside threads like a boring bar.
Question:	Can I use TCMM21 (a.k.a. TT21) carbide inserts with these holders
Answer:	My research says TCMT 110204 or TCMT 22521 which is slightly smaller than the 32521. The included circle is the part you need to get the right size. I use a nomentclature sheet to help me decode the letters and numbers. Answer:	Looked at my chuck tapered shaft and mine is not taped for a draw bolt. Everything on my lathe is metric.

Answer:	You did not say what lathe you have but as long as the tail stock has an MT2 taper, it will work. My lathe is the BestEquip 7x14 and it works in mine.

Answer:	The shaft is 3 inches long from the chuck, there is no lock spade on the end as it is not needed. The shaft Dia. Is standard now and are all the same size. I was worried about this myself at the time abot the taper mm. This is now standard so one size fits all.

Answer:	Mine broke in less than a week.

Answer:	I have 2 of these .. Neither have magnets to stick to fridge ... Work well however

Answer:	the foil cutter is plastic and is essentially similar to the vac-u-vin cutter. and a little less expensive. I havetried 5 different foil cutters and this style is the best. If you have a very big bottle the foil cutter mightsnap. My original Vac-u-vin cutter did. I keep two cutters. One in the travel kit and one in the kitchen.

Answer:	It has been so long since I purchased the product I do not know and there are no markings on the foil cutter other then the company. But the quality is amazing and I use it all the time, I purchased it back in 2013 if that tells you anything!

Question:	Where do we purchase replacement cutting bits, blades, etc or does this thing use same as full size tools
Answer:	Don’t waste your money. The picture they use is meant to deceive people into thinking it is the whole thing. They will only send you the drill head NOT the lathe.
Question:	Does the chuck have a pass through hole 10mm or larger for longer rods to be used in the lathe? I need to be able to size down 230mm length rods

Answer:	I've been able to hold .005 with not really trying if I got serious I could hold .001 get good endmills though

Answer:	No it is just the head. The lathe is not included and would be required to mount the head.
