Answer:	It does fit American girl doll clothes, except for the shoes because Journey Girl feet are longer and slimmer. However JG dolls have a slimmer waist, so it does depend which clothes as they can be too big around the waist, especially skirts and trousers. . To be honest I just tack mine to get them to fit. In the UK we have Designer Friend dolls, sold exclusively by Argos. Their are also 18inch dolls and even slimmer than Journey Girl, but their clothes - and shoes - do largely fit JG if it’s not a very slim fitting design. They are well made and much cheaper too.
