Answer:	Yes but once your outside for over 10 mins or so there not that great for keeping the heat in and there not waterproof, I work outside in periods of about 1-2 hours at time . Answer:	I got my boyfriend a large - they are slightly big but not by much and a medium would have been too tight. He does not have large hands but I got him the large so he had some movement without it being tight. I would recommend the large.

Answer:	The temperature rating varies greatly depending on level of activity. During high activity, your hands will feel warmer in colder temps than they would if you were stationary because of the body heat generated. These gloves have been tested down to 25 degrees F (-3C) in medium activity, and -22F (-30C) in high activity.

Answer:	I used them in the 20s. They were just warm enough with the outer shell soaked but inside dry. Probably would go to the heavier model for colder temps.
