Answer:	Sleeves are not sherpa but a nylon quilted. From experience I prefer this as it makes putting on/off the shirt/jacket easier as fleece causes friction making the sleeves stick. I have more expensive **bean jackets that are fleece lined on the sleeves and I always go to my Wrangler jacket. Great value!

Answer:	Both. The shoe is mostly a Black base color with Graphite straps and holder buttons. Can hardly tell the difference. After a few days of wear it won't matter - grin... As I have said in another review, these are the real deal. Incredible shoes for the yard, fishing, boating (they float), hiking, any other activity, regardless of what color you choose. Answer:	I also have an older pair that I used so much that the sole is almost worn through. This new pair is looser than the pair they're replacing. Not too big, but definitely looser. However remember that crocs over time start adjusting to the wearer's foot, and do shrink in heat and sun. So unless your old pair are also loose, don't worry about this new pair not fitting.
