Answer:	It is capable of both bluetooth and using a supplied usb dongle. Thus, if needed it can be used with one PC with bluetooth and a second PC with the usb dongle or. The mouse only comes with one usb dongle. As an FYI, a bluetooth mouse will not wake your PC from sleep so if that functionality is desired you will need to use a usb dongle.

Answer:	As you have found, we don't have a 16x9 option. You could order the 11x14 and we could reduce your image slightly and add black or white bars to the short side. The other option is to crop the excess image, but that depends on if it can be cropped or not. If you have a preference, please use the toggle points at the corners to enlarge your image and show us how you want it cropped. What is also helpful is to send me a message from your Amazon account with instructions or questions about your order.

Sorry, I'm not taking on any custom work for filling in the chart with Adobe Illustrator, the software I used to design it. They're printed with blanks for handwriting and not available as a digital file. By hand is the only way to personalize it. It's a cool keepsake of handwriting. A sharp pencil would work. I like the Pilot Precise Rolling Ball Extra Fine brand pen. They are usually done either in pencil or in black pen, but could be done with other colors, too. However, the magnets are strong enough to pull screws or nails down toward the magnet so it lies flat on the magnet. Thus being a safety for not stabbing oneself when pulling nails, screws, or whatever from the magnets. Hope that helps.
