Answer:	They do initially cut down the electric bill but about that a little over a month after I got them and did all the stuff that I had to do in order to get them functioning correctly and then they all went Offline and Will NOT reconnect, I have tried Everything !! Answer:	I have them in dusk to dawn candle lights in my windows. There is a little flickering when the day light transitions at dusk and dawn, but that resolves itself after the transition.
