For the past six months I've also used it for trap bar Farmer's carries of ~ 425 pounds once or twice a week. I'm beginning to use it once a week for heavy presses. Your mileage will vary, obviously, based on which lifts you use it for. I keep it crumbled in a Ziploc bag so it's not open in a bowl or otherwise exposed to humidity. Bottom line is that eight blocks of this stuff will last you a long while if you lift.
