I think you need to do some research on your project first.

How to check the solar panel is ON?

Leave the unit in the sun for an hour and then cover the complete solar panel. If the lights come on, the button is in the on position. If NOT, push in the button once again and put the unit in the sun for another hour. Cover the solar panel again and it should light up.

2. It is ONLY designed to be protected from the rain. Please do NOT immerse it in the water.

Attention

Working time depends on sunlight. For a sunny day, the battery will be charged fully and the string light will be able to work more than 9-12 hours at night. If it is cloudy or rainy day, the battery is not be changed fully, the string light may work only 6-8 hours at night.

Answer:	You could, but then you would need to consume or serve the entire container. Growlers are meant for short-term storage and will not hold the carbonation or freshness. You could keg your beer and keep it pressurized with a co2 system. But that is a bit much for a one gallon batch. The yield was ten 12oz bottles or five bombers.
