Answer:	I use it for the same thing during the winter, yes it does but keep in mind that the more people smoking the more the fan has to work. I built a window frame for it and added chicken wire to the back which is open and dangerous.

Not sure what you mean by the crawl space door, as they are normally outside, so in my mind you would not hear this motor from inside the house or further than 15 feet away (providing you do a good job of insulating it during the installation - don't over tighten the screws so the rubber grommets do the job for you.

These on not for standard file folders but for hanging file folders that you would put standard folders into. You can use legal or letter size hanging folders for these. I purchase two sets and made a cubby cabinet for them. :)

Answer:	They are designed to hold 24 quarts of liquid, roughly 54 lbs. However people sometimes use them for step stools without a problem. Be aware that the material is more likely to crack in extreme cold temperatures.
