Game play: Players are dealt 8 game cards each with a discard pile as well as a draw pile at the center of the table. Players then without looking separate their 8 cards into 2 rows of 4. They each then flip two cards over. Moving forward each player has an option whether to replace one of their flipped or face down cards with a card from the draw pile or the discard pile. If they do not like the card from either the draw pile or the discard pile, the player may choose to flip one of their face down cards for their turn. Play continues until a player has one card left. At this point, everyone has one hand left until the end of the game. When someone has all 8 cards shown players tally up their totals at the top of the cards and record them into the score card. Answer:	As one person wrote about lowest possible score. If you match two cards in a roll. (above one another) they cancel each other out and become a zero. Match the same cards again in another roll and collect minus 10 points. Get 4 minus fives and collect minus 40 points. Its a fun game. Play at least one game ever night.

Answer:	Gosh, I would certainly think so. Cannot think of why 8 or 10 wouldn't work if 6 works out okay. So you must be right, all you need are more cards (2 sets). We bought 2 sets because we figured that we'd wear out the first set too quickly since we love it so much and play almost every night.

Answer:	Play Nine is a relatively simple game to play. The object is to have the low score at end of the game, just like in golf. Each player is dealt 8 cards face down into 2 rows of 4 cards each, with the remainder put in the center of the table as a draw pile. Then each player turns 2 cards face up. Players take turns either drawing a card or picking up from the discard stack to get the lowest combination of numbers on their cards. Card values range from 12 points down to -5 points. If 2 cards match in the same column, they cancel each other out. A scorecard is kept for each player, and after nine holes the game is over and the winner is the person with the lowest score. The directions included in the game are very easy to understand and it can be taught to new players in a short amount of time.
