• "Why the color is a little darker than what I thought?"

There is an extra protective coating on its brushed nickel surface, which is a thin layer to protect the surface from being scratched and leave traces easily, and it's not completely transparent. So the brushed nickel surface looks not very very bright.

• "You tell it's easy to install, but I see many customers said they finished it with the help of plumbers?"

If you have a screwdriver(for tightening the 3 screws on the nut under the faucet) and a wrench(for remove and install the nut on the pipe), you absolutely can install the faucet yourself. As sellers we have tried it by hands. We strongly recommend you to install it yourself, because actually this is a process full of fun, also let you understand its structure and how it works.

• "Sensor is not working?"

First check if the problem is really caused by the sensor or not. Haven't open the waterline valve, install only 2 batteries, set the sensor at OFF mode, then tell us "sensor is not working", we prefer to believe they just feel boring and wanted to talk to our humorous customer support. But seriously If there is a problem with any part(not only the sensor), just let us know and we will send you a new replacement for free. That's our promise.

• "Sometimes I need to get really close to sensor to make it work, can the sensitivity be adjusted? "

The sensitivity can't be adjusted. If you found you need to put your hand a little more closer to sensor that make you feel unnatural, that's right---the effective distance is set not too long to avoid it being triggered by normal washing action. The brightness level of environment will also affect the sensitivity, so the performance will be not so good in too bright place.

Question:	For those who've had this faucet for a while: Have you had to replace the batteries more often than you thought
Answer:	Vacuum breakers are not necessary. All a vacuum breaker would do is, if you were to leave the showerhead in a tub full of water and for some reason you left the water valve open and the water supply pressure was to drop to nothing, theoretically, that tub full of water could be siphoned back into your water supply.

If it is in addition to a shower head you would need a divert/transfer (ie. T4171/3372).

Question:	Can I work in the sink without the water turning on? (For example, I season whole chickens in the sink before grilling them
Answer:	You could but the faucet works by moving the handle towards you when its on the right. Mine is set up with the handle on the right. The handle does not go back far when using hot water (only about a 1/8 to 1/4 inch or less) which helps if you are short on space behind sink and faucet. If you put the handle on the left keep in mind when turning on faucet, the handle will go all the way back and down so you would need a lot more room behind the faucet so as not to hit a backsplash. I hope you can understand what I mean. Easier to say is when the handle is in straight up position on right side it is on hot water (the way the picture is shown). Bringing handle towards you down is where cold water starts. So hot water is not used by pushing the handle back since hot is in the upright position. So if you do put the handle on the left it would have to have much more space behind faucet and sink area to turn the water on and to go all the way to cold. I would find it very awkward to use this faucet with the handle on the left do to the fact that the straight up stop position on the faucet is where the hot water is and the way to use this faucet from hot to cold is towards you when handle is on the right. This faucet does not work like some - by pushing all the way back for hot and forward for cold. All use is towards you and not going back. So if someone had only an inch or so behind the faucet this faucet is great because you don't need room behind it for hot water since hot is on in the straight up position. It's a great faucet if you wanted the handle on right but I would not get this one if the handle had to be used on the left. I think you would find it very awkward to use on the left.
