Answer:	This set is better quality and more of a professional tool. Made in the USA. The Evolv is made in China and for me slightly better then Harbor Freight. For me it is not the guarantee since most tools now have that, it is a tool that will not fail. I do not want to go back to a store and exchange a bad tool. A tool that fails is no tool at all.
