Question:	Hello,the distance of the two holes is not long enough . What measure could I do to adjust it
Answer:	I purchased the same Voss shower set and used this Moen valve with it. Moen 2510 Monticello PosiTemp 1/2-Inch IPS Valve. That valve works perfectly but since it has upper and lower outputs, you need to buy a brass plug to seal up the bottom outlet. I purcahsed this plug and it did the trick - Dixon Valve HHP4M Brass Fitting, Hex Head Plug, 1/2" NPT Male. I also had a tub only setup which I used the same valve for, but instead of plugging the lower outlet, I plugged the upper outlet on that one since there was no shower head with the tub.

Answer:

NO, it does not come with the arm shown in the photo. That arm in the (misleading) photo is called, "Moen S113 Waterhill 14-Inch Replacement Extension Curved Shower Arm, Chrome". We purchased the arm that is RECOMMENDED AND SOLD BY AMAZON FOR USE with this showerhead, along with the additional charge of $65.87 for "expert installation." (We paid for the installation because I had not planned on being home that day but fortunately I was, otherwise he would have refused to do the installation and we would have been charged anyway) The guy/ "expert" who came to do the install did not have all the tools necessary to complete the job, and, being too short to reach the faucet, you would think he would bring a small step ladder to facilitate him completing his job as, an "expert". WRONG, he needed to borrow ours, which normally would be no big deal, but then he refused to install the arm and said that was not included with installation, only the showerhead. *His attitude was snotty and disdainful which did not improve the situation. Why in Gods name would Amazon sell this as a unit, as well as suggest you buy both items (in "frequently sold together" section of item description) and then refuse to do the installation??!!? I had to install the Moen Waterhill 14-Inch Replacement Extension Curved Shower Arm by myself - using my tools - while the idiot "expert" stood there and watched. Had I not been there, he would have left and we would have been charged anyway. Since I had to install the arm, I may as well have installed the showerhead - with less aggravation - and saved us the $65. VERY BAD SERVICE and I do not/not recommend anyone purchasing the "expert" installation through Amazon. Spend $15 on a vice grip pliers and do it yourself. I was so irritated with him that I forgot to drill out the water restrictor so now I have to take apart and reinstall, thus adding to frustration and disgust with the installation, even though that was a ding on me by expecting someone who was squared away to show up and handle the job. The flow is not that great, so I'll be drilling today. Live and Learn, hopefully this post will save others from the same aggravation that poor and short sighted Amazon policy caused.

Answer:	Sure can. All it takes is putting a standard two way diverter valve in the main arm of the shower. That way you can use either the rainhead (main), or the handheld. The valve pulls up for diverted stream, (handheld), or down for main stream, (rainhead).
