Answer:	If you cant see the rear sight, you can't see your target either. I have learned to line up the front site within the opening in the rear site upon drawing from holster, in almost complete darkness. But I would never fire under those conditions unless I had no other option. Before I did that I would activate my rail-mounted light on my G19. At that point these sites are fantastic.

The rear sight fits the overall lines of the gun very well and pushes the sight radius as far as it can go while still being durable and practical sights for carry/duty.
