Answer:	Possibly. It’s a bit tricky as you have to hit the trigger points to get it to shoot. I was able to get one to go, but not consistently.

Answer:	That's pretty typical for any flying vehicle that is powered by lithium ion polymer batteries. Even full-sized drones have a similar problem in terms of power consumption and charge times.
