Answer:	I have both Ballerina Slippers and the Chevron Ballerina House slipper. I order each of them by my shoe size. So I order 9.5 to 10.5 shoe size. This works for me as I wash them in cold water and air dry. Hope this helps.

Answer:	they have a rubber-type bottom. I do not know if it is memory. You can wash these in the machine and they come out find. I suggest not putting them in the dryer.

Answer:	Maybe, but I have to say another person was correct the toe coverage is skimpy. I have toes that turn up, (my mother had those) so I can only wear the stretch terry-cloth that satin ones hurt my toes (I haven't worn them in years) I only switched back to these because Dillard's stop carrying their excellent slipper, recently I have had my feet measured when I bought some SAS shoes. One foot is probably a 7-1/2 and the other an 8, but depending on how they run I could be an 8-1/2. My little sister wears and 8-1/2 -9 I tried giving her my snow boots (she wears orthotics) she couldn't get them to fit even without the orthotics - if I were you I would try the extra large because the toes are skimpy, they will take them back, try them on without walking outside or dirty floor before you decide. I hope this helps. (our bodies are all half and half, one arm is a little longer than the other etc. This is what China has done for what used to be good American Quality. The Corporations had China do it.

Answer:	NO. A wide width foot will not be comfortable in this slipper. This has a HARD RUBBER sole.. check out the picture. Notice how slim width the sole is and all the soft terry material that surrounds it. A wide foot will extend over the width of the hard sole and your foot will continually slip from side to side off of the sole. It makes it almost impossible to walk naturally. I’ve been wearing this brand forever and this is the first pair that has been a danger to walk in. Too easy to twist an ankle. Choose a pair that does not have the “Indoor-Outdoor Sole”. Choose a pair with the regular soft sole. Compare the pictures to see the difference. Also the back of this type is not as High as the soft sole type and it continually slips down.

Answer:	I don't think they have arch support and the insole is covered with soft material but it's firm. They have a soft comfortable bed and have more support than most slippers.
