Answer:	Thank you for your interest in our product. This replacement fiberglass d-grip handle simply slides over the end of the handle. Then insert the button pin through the open hole. You will then turn the handle over with the button side of the pin facing down and hit the pin with a hammer. This will lock the handle in place. I hope you find this information helpful.

What kind of filler inside of weight packs

Answer:

No mounting hardware from what I can tell. When you remove your old handle or if the wood snapped off below the handle, cut the wood/fiberglass to a nice, clean, and squared-up end before putting on the D-Handle. Then, get yourself some PC Super Epoxy. It's cheap ($5 or so) and it's packaged in a syringe with two reservoirs. Squeeze out what you need, and mix the two chemicals (epoxy and hardener) together until the color is uniform. Apply a liberal coating around the end of the wood/fiberglass before installing the D-Handle. Once it is installed, wait 24 hours at room temperature to obtain a full cure of the epoxy. Next, get yourself a #10 or #12, pan-head machine screw, flat washer, and nylon lock nut (in Stainless Steel if you can find it). The bolt has to fit completely through the handle with space for the washer and nut, so judge bolt length accordingly. Once the epoxy has hardened, drill a 7/32" hole completely through the handle and wood to out the other side. (This will look better if you run the bolt through the handle from front-to-back, rather than side-by-side) push your bolt through the hole from the front, then put your washer on and lock-nut on the bolt from the rear of the handle. Tighten the lock nut firmly. Between the epoxy and that bolt, that handle isn't going anywhere. You may forego the epoxy, if you think you may run into a situation where you have to take the handle off.

Answer:	There is no model number or bar code on the Link D-Grip Handle and I discarded its packaging after installing the replacement handle. I installed it on a snow shovel with a wooden handle shaft, approx 1-1/4" in diameter. It is a VERY sturdy handle, stronger than the original.
