Answer:	These type of hard hats is varies but it is fiberglass though. The color can be light to mid dark brown. They ship me with a light brown one. I was surprised it was very light, it was thin. Just be careful when buying from Warehouses. They say they will give you a new ratchet suspension but they never did. So be aware of that and if it happen they won't ship you a new one, they will ask you to reship it back and buy a new one, hopping you will receive the hard hat with the suspension but NO GUARENTEE. But to answer your question, yes it does look like that, but remember it varies on the seller because it come from a warehouse.

Answer:	Yes - there is a triangular knob in the back that you twist to tighten and loosen the head band. Just make sure that you have it swiveled down before tightening it (it is on a pivot).

Answer:	I have always ordered the standard size hard hats with no problem. Unless a large is required. Get the ratchet type suspension liner.
Question:	How dark is this hat? I purchased one but was extremely disappointed with the color. If I buy it will it be the dark tan
Answer:	I'm not sure why they call this hat tan in color. Mine is more brown like the one pictured, and every other one I've ever had or seen. Mine also has a large light color spot on the left side of the cap, and the brim is lighter than the cap.I'm not sure what difference the color makes. Does the color really matter if you bought it to protect your noggin?These hardhats are fiberglass so each one will be different - no two ever the same.

Answer:	The pieces will fit, but putting a medium size suspension into the shell of that hat would likely negate the ANSI certifications.
