Answer:	I use the 20oz in a bike bottle cage, but I had to get a cage without the pronounced top hook that fits into the normal plastic bottles. It was difficult to pull out of the normal one with the pronounced top hook.

Answer:	Absolutely!! I work in a school and fill mine up with ice, and then add water to the top at 7am. By the time I get home around 4:30/5 I still have ice in it!! Even after refilling it every hour or so. I have dropped mine off carts, or knocked off of desk, and I have some minor dents in the bottom edge and some scuffs, but nothing major, or anything you can see from a distance. I don't carry mine in the sleeve, if I kept it in the sleeve that probably would help with the minor dents.

Answer:	My experience has been several hours to maintain “hot” liquid. 12 hours is asking a lot of this product considering the bottle has somewhat limited vacuum insulation for high performance temperature retention. I would say 6 hours is reasonable depending on what your definition of “hot” after 6 hours is.

Chill out. When figuring out what to fill your brand new water bottle with, steer clear of hot drinks and stick with cold liquids only.

Under pressure. When you're on a flight or taking a summer road trip, pressure builds up in your water bottle due to high altitude or really hot temperatures. In these situations, twist the water bottle lid open a little bit to relieve that pressure, then reseal the lid before you use it.

Do's and don'ts. We don't recommend carrying filled water bottles in your bag while on-the-go (it's safer for your cell phone this way). Also, keep your water bottle out of the microwave and the freezer.

Answer:	I use the spout lid (about 1.5-2cm diameter opening) which is rigid plastic and does not have the straw attached inside the water bottle. The part where you drink for the lid that attaches to the straw (hard clear plastic straw) is also hard plastic and not silicone. I hope this helps!

The straws you can usually find on Amazon they are interchangeable, but they may send you the straw too.
