Thinking it was probably just a defective one we bought another one but after another couple of months that one stopped working, and in the exact way the first one had stopped. This easel does not accommodate small canvas sizes. While I love the adjustability of legs and the portability of the product, I wish I had understood easels better when I bought this back in April. While I am only a beginner, I've discovered that I actually like working with small canvases flat on a table, without an easel. Another plus of the product is that it can be used as both a tabletop and free-standing easel, which is really nice. I'm glad I bought it, but for securing small canvases, I'd look at other products.

But ours never worked and Amazon made an exception to take it back because apparently the company doesn’t allow returns “because of the battery”, which of course makes no sense because they just shipped the vespa scooter with the same battery to me. I would return the item immediately and hey another product like a power wheels item with a better reputation.

Answer:	I don't know, the old batteries in my vtech cordless phone had the same numbers on them as these replacements. So I ordered them. They are still working fine in my devices (3 of them). My model is vtech ia5824.

Answer:	From the back of the front tire to the front of the front tire the bike is 4'. The seat is 21" off the ground. My son is 8 years old and rides it comfortably. I would say this is ideal for the typical 8-12 year old kid. My son really loves it and we are comfortable with his safety provided that he wears a helmet and shoes. Hope that helps!

Answer:	Yes. It does get a little shaky but it still goes. I usually drive it on the side of the road where there is loose gravel but I make my daughter stay on the sidewalk.
