Answer:	Presta are the skinny stem. Schrader are the fat stems that normally have rubber up to the threads. These Schrader's are threaded all the way like Presta. These Schrader's I bought work perfectly.

Answer:	This is a very soft cotton knit. I never put it in the dryer. I shake it out, stretch it into shape, and hang on a hanger to air dry to avoid (possible) shrinkage (after prolonged usage). Even with air drying, it retains its softness and never requires ironing.

Answer:	the handle on mine is metal, but I was surprise of the slack in the ways because I bought a cheaper off brand and it is tighter than the Wilton Vice which I purchased. We use in our machine shop large Wilton Vices and they are tighter in the travel than the smaller one
Question:	Can you get new padding or replacement padding
Answer:	The vise has 5 mounting holes (actually slots). There are two on either side and one centered on the back. The slots are almost 1/2" wide and about 3/4" deep. The front mounting slots are approximately 4" side to side and 3 1/2" front to back. The front mounting slots are about 2" back from the front of the vise. The rear slot is about 8" from the front of the vise. I couldn't get any two holes to align with my table, so I attached the vise to an aluminum plate - then attached the plate to the drill press table.
Question:	Does the acorn brown chair have padding? Yes or No..one reviewer said no and another said yes, so which one is right
Answer:	Yes. As everyone else has mentioned take it apart and clean up all of the sliding surfaces and then grease them. Make sure your slip plates are at a pretty tight tolerance but are still able to turn the adjusting spindles with one hand. I cut little rubber strips out of a bicycle tube to cover the vice jaws to keep the jig from moving when tightened down. If you are doing an aluminum lower make sure you use a 4 flute end mill bit and a constant drip of cutting fluid, Make sure your drill press is running at its fastest speed ,and go slow. If you go too fast that bit will try and grab too much material and maybe chip or break your bit , if not rip a big ole tear in the wall of the lower. For composite lowers, 2 or 4 flute end mill bits will work. Just remember to go slow in aluminum. With a little bit of patience you can get them to look as good as ones done on a cnc.

Answer:	It's specs say 2.25" jaw capacity, but mine will go to 2.5" without problem. I mounted it on a 2" thick bench top, but I'm sure it will mount on a 3" thick workbench. It's a well made vise and manufactured in the Czech Republic.

Answer:	I have a trolling motor setup that I use on my Colorado kayak. I know that Sevylor sells a trolling motor and battery that fits this boat's "trolling motor mount" but it is a very small motor and mount with not much power and the battery won't last very long. This boat can hold up to 470lbs and is designed to be fished and hunted in all day. A small motor that only runs for an hour isn't what I was looking for. So I ended up purchasing a Minn Kota Endura 30lb thrust trolling motor and a 100amphour group 27 AGM battery. (Both from amazon) This motor and battery is not designed for an inflatable kayak so if you wanted to go this route, you'd have to build your own mount, which is what I did. You may also be able to purchase a motor mount that would work. A few notes that I learned through this process:1) The battery is what matters most. It weighs the most (mine is almost 60lbs which takes away from my boats weight capacity), it cost the most and it determines how long you can stay out on the water between charges. My battery/motor combination moves this boat at 3-5mph with 2 adults on board at the highest speed on the trolling motor for 8-10hours. That's a 2 day fishing trip. 2) The battery's AMP HOURS determines how many amps the motor can draw over so many hours. For instance... The minn Kota Endura 30 has an amp draw of 10-13amps per hour of running. My 100amp hour battery supplies that 10-13 amps each hour for 8-10 hours before I need to recharge. Had I bought a 200amp hour battery theoretically I should be able to go twice as long between recharges. 3) You can buy a cheap automotive battery for $99 but you should expect to replace it every year and I wouldn't rely on one in an inflatable. Or you can buy an AGM battery which is higher quality, will last 5-10 years with proper maintenance, and is less likely to fail on you when you need it. If piece of mind and time on the water is your primary concern then go with an AGM of at least 80amphours. If cost is your factor then go with an everstart deep cycle. 4) The weight of the trolling motor must be offset. If you just hang a 17lb motor off the side of your boat, it's going to ride funny in the water dipping down on the motor side. My solution was to build an anchor holder and winch on the opposite side of my motor mount which balanced the weight of the trolling motor on the other side. I have seen a motor mount with a "ballast" (heavy piece on metal) to offset the motor weight. This particular mount was metal and fit into the fishing pole holders on the back of the boat. 5) You need the boat, motor, mount, battery, power center (battery box), and a good battery charger. My final thoughts: I love this boat. I have been fishing in the California Sierras from Pinecrest to Shasta and it is a great boat and a lot of fun to customize and enjoy. I like it so much I recently bought a second boat for friends and family who visit. It's a fantastic kayak as it is but it's even more fun with a nice powerful motor/battery pushing it. My girlfriend and I call it the Trout-slayer. It's a silent stalker and the fish don't even know you're there.
