STEPS TO CONNECT BLUETOOTH:

1.Turn on your phone's bluetooth;

2.Start the hoverboard;

3.Find the corresponding device which named as ""HY-A02"" and click connect.

You will hear a sound like ""Ding-dong"" from the hoverbaord.

Then you can open the music app and enjoy music. And the volume can be changed by adjusting the volume of your phone.

HOW TO RESET:

1. Turn off your hoverboard.

2. Place your hoverboard on the ground, make sure your hoverboard is not tilting in any direction and calibrate balance in a horizontal level.

3. Hold down the power button for at least 20 seconds.

4. Power off the hoverboard and turn it back on.

Please try resetting your hoverboard again if the first attempt did not solve the issue.

Answer:	All you do is go to settings, then bluetooth and you will see the hoverboard on it. Then yu can play anything on any app.

Question:	What is the maximum weight that can ride
Answer:	We are having the same problem with our hoverboard. It was working fine for about 10 minutes and then one wheel stopped working which caused my daughter to fly off. We couldn't get the hover board to turn so we let the hover board die. The hover board smells like burnt plastic while it's dying. Once it died, we recharged it and recalibrated it. Less then 5 minutes of being turned on the same wheel stopped working again. We had the same problem with the SISIGAD Hoverboard and returned it for this one. I can't imagine getting two lemons in a row. These must be junk.

Answer:	My oldest grandson's was purchased September of 2018 and my youngest grandson's was purchased October 13th of the same year. Both use them regularly, they charge them then use them until the vehicle wears down enough to notice it needs charged again and they recharge them. They don't leave them sit on the charger for weeks (overcharge) or let them sit unused for long periods of time. Both vehicles are still running great ... no decreased ride time or other charging issues have been noticed as of yet. This has been a quality purchase that is still one of the best choices we've made regarding Christmas gifts for the grands. We are more than satisfied with this product.
