Answer:	The "Best if used by date" was Feb 4, 2021. These bars (in my opinion) have a naturally not real crispy crunchy texture and it almost seems like they aren't fresh, but I really think they are fresh!!! Very natural ingredients. I really love them & have ordered them several times. Hope this helps.
