Answer:	Hello Cindy, According to the instruction booklet, this product is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit. I couldn’t find any information stating it’s a dual voltage product. If you want to use it in HK (Hong Kong, I’m assuming) you might be able to use a travel converter or transformer. But, I don’t have experience in overseas travel so I don’t feel qualified to say for certain. Ice starts out at freezer temperature and will warm fairly quickly to its melting point (32 degrees F). Once at melting point, the ice will stay at the same temperature during the whole process of melting. After fully melting, the liquid starts to warm normally again.

Answer:	Hi Abby, yes they do sweat. I use boxes to contain my food so its not an issue.I use only 1 piece of the ice pack. Stays frozen/partially frozen for about 2 hours in my neoprene lunch bag. After that its cool for another 1 to 2 hours. Maybe a foil lined bag might work better.I use it to carry lunch and breakfast to my work place. Keeps it cool enough until lunch. My frozen cooked vegetables and meat sometimes still have little ice crystals in them at lunch. This is about 4.5 hours after I pack it straight from freezer. My frozen vegetables are packed in a 70ml container. The meat in 100ml container. Hope this helps. I stay in the tropics. Daily temperatures ranging from 28-31 degree celsius after the sun is up. My lunch is out for about 1.5 hours before I reach office.Hope this helps!

Question:	Are these same as Fit & Fresh Ice Coolers, except for the color
Answer:	No. You would need to be able to buy the fittings and tubing to add a second pad and I do not see any place to purchase those items. There is 2 lines running to the cooling pad to circulate chilled water through the pad. One line pumps water to the cooling pad and the other line returns the water to the tank.
Question:	Why is there a hole in the middle? Does it serve a purpose
Answer:	Yes, you can use in any body part.
Question:	how long will this keep the food cold
Answer:	I had my right shoulder replacement surgery on 09/08/20, and I waited too long to get my Dr to order one, but since this one was cheaper that my insurance co cost. I used it everyday except now that my shoulder replacement is doing great; I’ve been using the pad on my right knee. There’s a booklet that shows you how to use it on each replacement. I can’t wait to have my knee replacement because I use ICE THERAPY for every injury except my back and ACL I use heating pads. Btw: The Coolman also packs in a few elastic bands with Velcro to keep on your shoulder. I could barely reach for myself, but my daughters were there to wrap me up in the beginning. Sometimes I use the bands for all my pains, knee, my right wrist, and shoulder.
Question:	Did anyone notice that the two pack is more money than buying 2 single packs
Answer:	Not exactly. The male connectors of ossur pad can plug in, but too small to trigger the COOLMAN female connectors lock. You must manually trigger the lock. so, the pads fit but you need to manually trigger the lock every time you connect them.

Answer:	I have the 30L bag and my Northface Jester fits tightly when it’s moderatley packed. The Jester’s dimensions are 19.75" x 13.25" x 7.5" (50 cm x 34 cm x 19 cm). I can’t speak to the 45L, but I would presume it’s the large enough to accommodate your camera bag given the specs you provided.

Answer:	This is HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene). Here is a blip about this plastic: "High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is, like BPA, a material derived from petroleum. The difference is that HDPE plastics are completely free from BPA and are therefore safe for applications that directly impact humans"

Answer:	I would recommend 2 of these packs for a Yeti haul. One pack will add 2 days to your loose frozen ice which the packs keep frozen longer. 2 packs can give you 5 days of frozen ice.
