Answer:	I have 5 of these fans and their remotes work well. The remotes have 5 different settings so each of my 5 have separated switches. Therefore only the remote to the fan will run that peticular fan. The light confused me at first. It was so dim I actually had can lights installed in 2 of the rooms before I discovered it was on low. Also my granddaughter misplaced her remote but we were able to change the dip switch in another rarely used remote to control her fan until her remote turned up. I’m extremely happy with these fans and the price is great!

Question:	What is the frame made of
Answer:	Fairly snug, but I would not lift 100 heavy chips by the cover without my other hand being under the tray, just in case.
Question:	Can I use a card-stock thickness print with a piece of mat board in these frames? Thanks ahead of time to anyone for answering
Answer:	The lids were very hard to get off initially. I did have to pry and wiggle the lid back and forth. It was a pain. Once it is full of chips the lids come off easier.
Question:	Can if be hung in portrait and landscape orientation or just portrait
Answer:	I don't have those exact chips as I have the 14g Eclipse chips which might be a bit thicker maybe if not the same and it does fit 20 but not snuggly. There is enough room another chip so they are loosely per stack. However if those Nexgen chips are thicker when it should fit snuggly and if they are thinner, you might be able to fit 21 chips per roll. Hope this helps
Question:	To make sure, does a 11'' x 17'' poster fit in the frame or is that the overall size
Answer:	Each of the 20 chips in each of the 5 rows are compressed to a point that the weight of the above 400 chips create no issues for the below 100. I use the 14g composite Monte Carlo Poker Club chips. Maybe a different chip material may have issues, but mine do not.
