Hardly ever have ice left over in the hopper. I am using this item allot in my ice cream truck, and it works great. Shaves a 16 oz cup in 30 seconds.

Question:	The description says that it holds 12 ice cubes. Does that fill the box? Can you put thru 12 cubes, then add another 12 to get enough ice? Thanks
Answer:	The pour spouts were included when I purchase the 6 bottle pack last year. You might want to ask the seller of this 12 pack.
