Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Answer:	Hi, I had the same problem that you had. After I used a lot of this product I followed the directions, but I cleaned my carpet several times. I thought it may have left some kind of residue in my carpets? I used it all over my living room and dinning room carpets several times. It did take the stains out, but my carpets felt just like you described yours. Since then, I have used my Carpet Cleaner with just "plain water" several times, all over the same areas. My carpet cleaner kept getting back a lot of soapy looking water, but "less" each time I used it, and each time my carpets looked and felt better. The last time I used my carpet cleaner with plain water, my carpets looked really clean and felt soft and fluffy again. I may go over my carpets one more time, because there was a very small amount of soapy looking water left in my machine the last time I used it with plain water. It only takes me about 20-25 minutes to go over my carpets using just water, because I just run the my machine over my carpets quickly. My carpets look really clean, and they feel soft and fluffy again. Answer:	I've been using this with my carpet shampoo cleaner and its been a real life saver. I have a Hoover upright carpet cleaner, and I use 2 capsules of angry orange in the water tank. This stuff is extra concentrated, so I don't recommend using any more than that.

Answer:	I had a roommate that left behind 100 dog urine spots in a 225 sq foot room. The carpeting is 40 year old wool, otherwise in beautiful shape. The smell was horrendous once cold weather set in and windows were always closed. I purchased just about every urine removal product available and nothing worked. I hated the idea of having to rip out and throw away this beautiful wool carpeting. I searched the internet for solutions and found a formula for 32 oz hydrogen peroxide, 1/4-1/2 cu baking soda and 1 tbsp of dish soap. Unfortunately I don't have any wood surfaces, so can't tell you how the product would work on that. But I did pour the mixture mentioned into the carpet and enough to soak into the padding. The instructions said to let it dry, vacuum out baking soda powder. I had to shampoo the carpeting as it is a darker color and I could still see baking soda powder once dry. I've sniffed every inch of the carpet and it smells good now. Unfortunately the Angry Orange,though filling my home with an amazing aroma, did not remove the odor, even when a dilution was poured into the carpet and allowed to soak for days. If the spot you are trying to clean is out of the way, you might try the peroxide. For a wood floor, I would suggest covering the treated area with something to help the mixture penetrate the surface for a day or so. Sadly, both urine and possibly this mixture could permanently stain.

I wouldn’t. If you touch your face afterwards you will get it in your mouth and believe me it’s horrible. i’ve also noticed that after I spray it and my puppy licks something, obviously it’s on his mouth. So if he kisses me it gets on my face as well. Also be careful not to spray in an enclosed area. You will still taste it on your lips if you do. Answer:	You wont need the Pre-mist for this if you use the Pet Spray. Honestly always give it a try using just the powder first, I apply the powder, wait 30 min, then vacuum and see how how it smells. IF I think the smell is particularly strong then I would spray with Pet Spray first, then apply more powder before the pet spray dries, then wait 30 min to vacuum. Typically for very strong smells it will take 2-3 applications but this is my go to cat pee.

Answer:	Yes, it makes those stains which only show up under black light completely disappear, without any residue stain on the carpet...at least not on my carpet. I simply wet the spot at night, using my black light, until it disappears. Let it soak for an hour. Get a white towel and lay it over the wet area, walk on it to pick up as much moisture as possible. Then let it dry. Check after a few days..might have a small amount showing at edges, or something, repeat if necessary.

Answer:	No. In fact, one time I wasn't prepared and it was on my belt (be sure to get the one with belt clip) and I was able to get it off my belt, shake it (just 2 shakes does it) , move the lever and spray before the dog got to us. I always give a warning shout (NO! or STOP!) to the charging dog, thinking if I run into that particular dog again, I can just give a warning and they'll know what's coming. Heh.

Answer:	I have used a spray bottle like the kind the hardware store has or one of those sprayers that you pump and has a hose and handle like for weed killer or insect killer. I would use 1:1 ratio with water.

Answer:	Not sure this would work. It has to be diluted. We connect it to the water hose and spray the entire area that our dogs use. It does not harm the grass or flowers.
