Answer:	I had this same problem . They should change the add. It cost me an additional $75 to deal with this and now I’m on the 9th belt in about a year because the angle of the inside surfaces of the driven isn’t quite the same as the driver I should have kept the match set and changed the shaft and pillow blocks

Answer:	Yes, you have to take the air filter assembly off and there is a nut under it you have to loosen up. It makes it where the throttle linkage moves freely. There is already a spring installed so all you have to do is attach a throttle cable to the linkage close to the gas tank and you should be set. Hope this helps. I can send pics if needed.

Oiling the clutch is extremely important

Oiling the clutch is extremely important. If heat damage occurs, the clutch will never disengage and the machine will start taking off by itself as soon as you start the engine. This is very dangerous! You can see heat damage inside the clutch drum, the metal turns from black to a blue color.

Where do you oil the clutch?

Behind the snap ring, next to the sprocket teeth at the end of the clutch. There's an internal bronze bushing behind the snap ring that requires lubrication and it's up to you to put it there each time.

Oil the chain at the same time

It's a good idea to oil the chain at the same time. If the chain gets kinky from lack of oil it should be replaced before it damages the clutch sprocket. A new chain is cheaper than a new clutch.

Note

• The Centrifugal Clutch 3/4" needs be oiled before use.
• Before ordering please check your crankshaft size.
• Don't put oil inside the clutch holes: The holes on the drum are to let the hot air out of the clutch. DO NOT SQUIRT OIL IN THESE HOLES. When oil gets in the drum portion of the clutch it will cause excessive slippage, which means undue heat will be generated.

Warm Tips:

• About the Clutch Slipping:
• Don't try and reduce a go-kart speed by limiting the travel of the gas pedal or by putting a restrictor in the carburetor to limit full rpm. Either of these methods will result in the clutch slipping, which is self-destructive. A clutch needs full rpm to lock up as quickly as possible to be able to start to cool down. To slow down a go-kart you would need to purchase a gear reduction unit, which is like training wheels on a go-kart until the driver gets used to how the go-kart handles. A gear reduction unit can reduce the speed of the go-kart in half.

• About the Clutch Smoke:
• The clutch weight rpm just isn’t excessive sufficient. The engine not being highly effective sufficient sometimes is the result of a mismatch in ratios to the rear-drive wheels. So the true motive is that the ratio just isn’t steep sufficient, and subsequently, the engine smokes the clutch.
• The treatment for the primary clutch smoking drawback is to change the driveline in order that the general ratio is steeper. The easy technique is to extend the rear sprocket diameter.
• So the clutch engagement rpm must be taken under consideration in any other case the clutch will smoke on the secondary jackshaft mounting place.

Answer:	The inner bushing that moves when the motor is running and the vechicle is stopped MUST be lubercated OFTEN Otherwise the clutch will not work well nor last long. Use a few drops of a good oil. I mix STP in my oil.

Answer:	It only works on pull start 4-stroke engines if it's a bicycle kit engine it will not work but then again anything's possible if you know how to do it but no it will not work on an 80cc motor unless it's a 4-stroke pull start

Answer:	You need to see if you have the 5/8 shaft or the 3/4 shaft on your ct200u. All of the newer ones came with a 5/8 inch shaft. Older ones had the standard 3/4 for the engines hp.

Question:	Trying to decide between this and the Horizon T-101. Anyone have any experience with both units
Answer:	I am not sure about the Horizon but I purchased this treadmill in April and have had multiple issues. #1 I received it with a non working incline motor. I contacted their terrible customer service about this and they said because I got the warranty they would send out a repairman to replace it. It took 2 months and a few times of me contacting them through chat, email and phone and I finally randomly received a replacement motor in the mail. However, I ended up having to figure out how to replace the motor myself (which was super hard to do) because they didn't send out a repairman. Issue #2 One of the metal pieces that is connected to the lower platform that makes the treadmill incline busted off. I contacted the chat and the agent ended up putting in a request for a replacement treadmill for me. Well that was over a month ago and have still heard nothing back. I've called and emailed them multiple times and was not able to get ahold of them since. I tried the chat and the agent said it's taking longer because of Corona. Really? Over a month and not even an email updating me of the situation? I actually just tried calling today and was on hold for over 40 minutes and ended up just hanging up. I've had this treadmill since April and it's been one headache after the next. I even paid for the premium extended full from head to tippy toe warranty and they are treating me like garbage. Overall, this treadmill can be good but it is cheaply made and the customer service massively SUCKS, BAD. I might try the Horizon treadmill if I were you. Just my opinion though. Oh, and avoid the iFit. Not worth the price. You do get a free year of it though.
