Answer:	No, it is not typically normal for the control valve/regulator to hum when in use but it has been known to happen from time to time. This hum does not affect the unit in any form or function and does not create any hazardous conditions. This humming can occur when; your grill is being used on the highest flame setting where the flow of gas through the valve’s orifice can create the noise, using a 1lb canister and the canister had frozen or frost built up on the canisters outside during use, or if the valve was stored outside in humid conditions causing minor condensation to accumulate inside of valve orifice. You can try turning the valve on high and depressing the knob several times simultaneously to see if that clears the orifice of any possible fluid build up. Answer:	Natural Gas source is a very low pressure. It may not be a problem, but you wouldn't know at initial start up. You will only find out after a minute of burn time (low btu rate). If your source connection is already 1/2" then I would contact a plumber. If you want to make certain it is not a problem then have your plumber start at the source and then piece together 3/4"x24ft hose to the 1/2"x12ft hose. This mitigates the opportunity for choked flow conditions. Don't forget utility regulator, valve, reducers and dope.

Answer:	While I'm not familiar with the Expert Grill, I can tell you that the valve is different than the one that was in my table top grill and it works perfectly. Generally these valves do not "seat" into anything so as long as the threads are the same the valve should work.

"The volume of a gas is directly proportional to its temperature, provided the pressure of the gas is constant. ... When the temperature of a gas increases, so does the average speed of its molecules." The opposite is also true: as the temperature of the gas decreases, so does the average speed of its molecules. In very cold weather, the gas gauge may indicate there may not be enough gas in a "full" tank to cook the meal as needed. Hence, the market for tank warmers.

Answer:	It's an official webber replacement part. It fixes the low heat/flame issue. I also recommend inspection of the burner tube. Look for rust issues as well as clogged holes that would cause uneven cooking. High humidity and/or living by the sea will accelerate rust condition. Answer:	Hello, you must need a thermocouple to use.
Question:	is the brass end threaded on the inside
Answer:	Yes, these is an exact replacement for the older Q100 and Q120 models. You will be able to continue using the smaller propane cylinders.
Question:	Does this unit have POL threads on the inside of the fitting
Answer:	I had to replace one this last year. If you are using a hose extension, turn off the gas at the propane tank and let the propane burn out of the hose and then shut off the propane at the grill. Gas left in the hose can get gummy and stop up the regulator. I have friends with the same grill and have had no problems. They use the small propane bottles that screw on. Hope this helps.
Question:	What is the length of this? we bought one that is 4.25 inches from bj's and it won't fit in our weber grill
Answer:	I've had my replacement for a year and it seems to be doing ok. I do use mine with a 20lb tank without a filter and occasionally with 1lb bottles.

Operation Instructions:

👉 Fix the valve on a plate or board of your grill or fire pit by the head screw and flange.

👉 Connect your inlet and outlet hose on inlet and outlet side. (fix it tightly enough in case of gas leakage)

👉 Fix the thermocouple nut M8 on the valve end tightly (Check if your valve end thread if 8mm before you buy)

👉 Connect thermocouple and end thread well

👉 Open gas by correct size knob and push your valve around 5-10s till the thermocouple head is heated enough.

👉 Release your hand and it work properly If when you release hand, gas valve shut off again, please check

a. If your thermocouple is always be heated on flame

b. If the thermocouple end is well connected with valve

c. If the inlet and outlet side well connect with hose you have
