Answer:	I needed to crease napkins so i just laid them on the ironing board and “ironed” therm with the steamer. It worked perfectly. I imagine you would be able to do the same with your pants.

Answer:	Yes, I use a plastic hanger bc the wood can stain your clothing. There is a spot to hang next to where you hook the hose at the top. Love this steamer. Word of warning, do not leave water in it when not in use. After each use, I take the water bucket out and allow it to continue steaming until the water in the machine is gone. This prevents spores from growing and prolongs usage of steamer I believe.

Answer:	As previously mentioned, the metal head acts heats up and can be used as a traditional iron, but for steaming it's bulky (large diameter) and too heavy to hold for any length of time. I exchanged the metal head for the plastic head

Answer:	The base is heavy, yes. I don't know about the hose but I believe you don't need to remove it. I would recommend getting the smaller jiffy steamer with the plastic water container instead of this. This one is not much more powerful and very cumbersome.

Answer:	I think the steam is better but it is so heavy. I would not buy a metal head again extra steam not worth extra cost and the weight.

Answer:	Not certain what you mean by pressure. I've had 3 of these over 20 years used for an embroidery business. It takes a few minutes to warm up then steam comes out. you hold it close to the fabric, even touching it to remove the wrinkles. There is no spray like a hose if that's what you are expecting. Answer:	I believe they sink. I placed mine in a homemade filter that isn’t absolutely full yet they don’t move around.

Answer:	You can put it in a sump, in the back section of an all in one tank, hide it somewhere out of view whatever you want. However it wont speed the cycle, it just provides extra surface area for bacteria to grow, doesnt actually contain bacteria. Use biodigest(a vial of bacteria) in combination with this and your cycle should happen quickly.

Answer:	My thoughts are 1 lb. But I ordered 2 and didn't have room in my filter for all of it. So I would pay more attention to the size of the media baskets on the filter. I use a global 206 and each chamber hours about 1.5 lb so I have one basket full.
