In short, the clock will connect to the cloud when it is connected to the internet. After that I changed flash drive to new one and I was unable to upload the data to flash drive no matter what I do I was unable to upload. Then I thought let me change file format and I got 4gb flash drive and formatted it into FAT format (not FAT32 or NTFS) formated in windows computer prior to use and then I was able to upload data 100% of time, it is working well and it is much more reliable now. Here is what you do: Get smaller size flash drive 4gb or below. Format it in windows computer with FAT format. Plug flash drive into this machine. After that wait 30 second Log into this machine Go to admin menu Go to upload Choose attendance rec Choose desired start date Choos end date. Choose download Wait till it says ok. Now exit out of admin menu Wait 30 seconds. Unplug flash drive Plug your flash drive in computer Open notepad file from flash drive Copy all the data Open excel spreadsheet Paste data in excel spreadsheet. Answer: | I'm wondering if you are reading the brochure from 2014, the last year of the old version of the Pyramid 4000. If it's the new information, then the manufacturer's description is incorrect. I know this, I've been selling Pyramid clocks since 1997. I have also checked with Pyramids website, which I cannot post here by Amazon regulations, which also states that the capacity of the current Pyramid 4000 being produced and sold is 50 employees. If you want 100 employees, that's a lot of work to ask for such plastic parts, but it is available on the Pyramid 5000, which we also stock. |

Answer: | The totaling has been accurate as long as the staff remember to clock in and out. I have not had any problems with totaling other than human error. |

Answer: | It works as a time stamp - You stick the card in and it punches it for that time. Then a person would have to calculate the actual hours worked and the over time associated with it. (Example; punch times = 08:00 am Dec 1 2016, 12:00 pm Dec 1 2016, 12:30 pm Dec 1 2016, 5:00 pm Dec 1 2016 = This person worked 8.5 hours on Dec 1, 2016 |

Answer: | You can use whatever you want on it. It just stamps the date and time. We do weekly, but there is no response you can do biweekly cards as long as all you need is dates and times. |
