Question:	I just received mine and it doesn't spin? Which way in the breeze does it need to face? Sideways or frontal to the wind! Help
Answer:	If you assembled it properly, which is easy to do so I am sure you did, you don't have to worry about facing into the wind as the 2 spinners rotate 360 degrees on its axis to catch the wind no matter which direction it is blowing & the blades spin in opposite directions causing the spinner to appear as though it is "breathing" in & out. Very dramatic & a very nice addition to a yard. Make sure you anchor it securely in the ground so the wind doesn't blow it over & bend the blades. Hope this helps, Frank

Answer:	I found that the little "arm" that it fastens to is bent at an angle. I reported this to the seller and they said they were going to send replacement parts but after a month, I doubt that is going to happen. I tried working it a bit in my vise but didn't want to totally wreck it, but I may try it again. I would advise NOT TO BUY this, and I should have done the same.. always hopeful though, this time it didn't work out.

Answer:	Maybe I was lucky, but my sculpture works fine. The gearing is smooth and soundless. The elec-magnet and the internals are the only part that would seem to me that may be a problem. Confirm batteries are good, inserted in the right direction. Maybe test the magnet in the base to see if it cycles on and off. Otherwise, a replacement.
Question:	How big are the pinwheels
Answer:	Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. What I believe you are experiencing isn’t the long stick rubbing the base but the magnet in the base engaging with the long stick. The design is that the magnet and the long stick work together to propel the sticks to swing. The magnet needs the batteries to charge it. When the magnet engages with the long stick, their can be a slight swish noise. It doesn’t engage with the long stick every time it comes around, but when it does there can be an ever so slight swishing noise which may be thought to be a rubbing sound. If this is not your issue, please reach out to Amazon or the merchant who sold you the product (I am one such merchant). Question:	How well will this do in salt air near the ocean? Is it rustproof
Answer:	Went outside to check it over. It's not rustproof, however I've had mine for a year and it gets hit with the sprinklers every morning in southern California, it's mostly covered in paint, but a few tiny areas aren't and I can see rust forming in those areas. I think if you hit it with wd40 regularly where it's welded at the base of circle and the post it would help considerably. Or if you can get marine strength clear coat, spray it before putting it out. It really is pretty and catches the wind easily, very happy with this.

Answer:	No they are not glass.... just painted metal... I also had a problem where one side would not spin

Answer:	The two sides regrettably spin in the same direction. We tried to turn one over, but it didn't change anything. It would have been nicer to see them moving opposite each other. The rain hasn't affected the spinners at all, so I don't know that lawn sprinklers would do anything to it. Maybe I'm not understanding what you are asking.

Answer:	So. We live right on a salt marsh on skidaway island in savannah Georgia. Have had wind sculpture for 3 years and the fittings are just like the day we got it. That said of course the copper weathers to a rich patina color as you would expect

Question:	I just received my solar wind spinner. how do i need to install it
Answer:	about 8" diameter. I have all 8 in my yard and they do spin nicely. I would have preferred a longer stem and they have faded more than I would like. While I feel I got what I paid for, I would not buy this product again.
