Answer: I'm sorry, I don't really know. We've only used these boards for the whiteboard itself. Although, the hooks feel rather snug on the board, so I would image it would hold a presentation pad well.

Answer: We have 3 of these whiteboards at our company. Due to the weight of the 3-M easel pads, the hooks would fall off. We found similar hooks in the hardware store that would serve the same purpose. We replaced the 2 Command-type hooks on all the boards with ones that were screwed into the whiteboard using 2 little screws. We never experienced another problem since.
