Answer:	Yes it does! I love my standing desk converter! Very easy to transition from sitting to standing and back to sitting... flat to desk. No problems for me whatsoever.
Question:	Does the keyboard tray move in and out
Answer:	No, it does not move in and out. The keyboard tray is fixed, and only "removable" if you remove the keyboard tray that hold it to the brackets (it’s a simple procedure.)
Question:	According to my calculations, it doesn't rise high enough from a normal desk height to accommodate anyone over 5'8"? Is that right
Answer:	It's a little more complex than that. There are no standards for desk height, so let's assume 42". At it's lowest setting on the desktop I have to raise the chair to the keyboard tray's height. At that setting the monitor is ok height wise (nonadjustable height, a few inches high due to the stand), the keyboard is set a little far back and the armrests keep getting stuck under the tray. I would call it useable, but not perfect. At it's highest height, a 5' 10" person eye level is about 2/3 the monitor height. Keyboard tray is a few inches too high (bad wrist angle) and no place to rest the arms. That is because seated you can adjust the arm to eye level ratio by resting your elbows on an armrest splayed out from the body. Standing, your arms fall to the side of your body increasing the gap and the keyboard tray is fixed to the tabletop (unadjustable). Standing it is useable for short periods, enough to relax your back, but I wouldn't plan on comfortably typing novels or programming for extended periods. The table works, just not perfectly.

Answer:	It is 38.5 inches inside at the bottom where the feet are (the feet are wider than the legs). If you have files cabinets under that dimension they should.

Answer:	I did not have this problem! Mine works perfectly every time I raise or lower the desk.

Answer:	I haven't had that happen, but I would not recommend trying to do that. A transmission rod controls the raising and lowering of the desk. If you tried to force it up or down, you might damage the mechanism.

Answer:	It is the height for the keyboard, not the top shelf. We had the same confusion. That minimum height caused a problem for us, because that is too high for using it for sitting, and so, even though we loved it in terms of the solid construction, we had to return it.

Question:	What is the maximum weight allowance
Answer:	I only keep a laptop, a couple of files, and the occasional textbook on it. The surface area really cannot accommodate much more than that. In terms of maximum weight allowance, it is pneumatic so I would not stress it with more than 20-30 lbs lest it break the mechanism.
Question:	I can't tell exactly what color the top of the table is—is it off-white or is it white that matches the base
Answer:	it is white , same approximate shade as the base. however the top is a matte finish and the base shiny, so there is a slightly discernible difference. This is somewhat mitigated by the black edge around the table top - makes it look white. But i would NOT call it off white! it doesn't bother me and I have it behind a white lacquered desk.
Question:	What are the dimension if desk top? Cartmay customer service posts three different sizes: 24"x18" - 25.6" x17.7" - 25.8" x17.7" ?? Which is correct
