This will turn the ringer off on the cordless unit. Do this on the cordless hand set you want to silence. It took me awhile to figure this out. Hope this helps.I use the hand set as a bedroom ex. If you want it to come back on during certain times set the on/off times accordingly. Mine stays off at all times.

Answer:	The headset did not come with the phone system, I bought it separate. But yes, it does have a clip to attach to your shirt/belt and the sound quality is excellent.
Question:	battery life on a call 1-2 hours ? before needing to put on charger
Answer:	I see that the comments on the headset jack show that there is not one on the base unit. Those comments were made in 2015 and it is now 2019. Have they updated to include a headset jack on base and if so, what headsets can be used that have two ear coverings rathe than just the one with a band to your head on the other side. Would like to order this but need to know this information first - thank you for a quick response, Jan
