Answer:	I'm sure there are some ukulele's who's shapes will prevent them from fitting, but my bet is that it'll be fine if it's a tenor. Here's a couple of measurements to check: Make sure the ukulele isn't more than 27in at its longest; make sure the two wide points on the body aren't more than 9.5in and 7.5in; make sure the "waist" of the body is ~6in or less; make sure the length from the foot to the start of the neck isn't more than 13.5in; and make sure the body isn't much deeper than 3in.

Answer:	Don't have a Lanikai tenor but my LoPr tenor fits fine with a little room to spare and Velcro strap downs for added security. Most tenors are pretty similarly scaled (baritones vary a little more) case has held up well but it is not my fav. I've bought others for less that have nicer exterior material and padding, but it's ok.

Answer:	We were prepared to tune this new ukulele for at least a week or so until the strings settled. Most of strings stayed in tune almost perfectly after a few tunings. The E string is the only one that resisted for several days, and now the strings only need slight fine tuning!
