Answer: Yes they work really good. Mine are still going strong. I do have two 15 subs in my setup and have done 75+ with no complaints. I also do karaoke with them and they work really good and crystal clear. I use one of them in my house and my neighbor across the street asked me to turn down the bass. Lol I didn't even have it pass half capacity. So i will recommend these.

Answer: Normally speakers of this size are set to about 8 ohms due to the 1000 watt amp built in. I am basing my findings from the watts that the speakers can handle and divide this by total of AC volts. If the math is right that I came up to 12.1 ohms. All pro audio speakers should be able to handle between 8 to 16 ohms Speaker Impedance.

Answer: I don't understand the question but this Rockwell will deliver if you set the equalizer. Your bass and treble and mid ranges have to be set and you will see the difference. I hope this helps.

Answer: I use a 1/4" jack - the unit is simple to use - any type of mixer will work - I have a Tascam MK3 8 input deck for a mixer - it works fine - what I really like is using a stereo CD player for monitor speakers - light easy to carry lots of sound

Answer: Speaker has to sets of inputs. XLR & 1/4 jack Mic level and XLR & RCA Line Level. You can use the 1/4 in Mic level for a line input by turning down the level control. This method allows either channel to function OK. But if you have a stereo mix it would be best to use the paired RCA jacks to amplifie both right and left channels.
Question: Can I connect my microphone to it using a cord
Answer: Yes...... If your mic has an XLR cable, this will work. If your mic is a cheaper style with a 1/4" male, that will also work..... You are better off buying a small mixer and going mic to mixer to RPG8. Buy a mixer with reverb.

Answer: It is available buried on Behringers site.. From what I experienced it was all outdated versions of free software available on the internet on its own. Question: Can I take the speaker with me outside without the cord and listen to music
Answer: this depends upon what you're trying to do. I'm going to assume you do not have many inputs in your "behringer mixer" or you would just plug your shure mics directly into it. if i'm correct, and that's why you're interested in the mx400, then yes: you would plug your mics into the mx400, then take the output of the mx400 and plug into your other mixer. note: if you do not need the tone control functionality of your existing behringer mixer, then you can take the mx400 output directly into your map. note#2: the mx400 only has 1/4" input jacks. so if your mic cables end with XLR connectors, you would need adapters (which cost more than the mx400!). You'd be better off getting a next level up main mixer. note#3: I use the mx400 for guitars, so I can then take the mx400 output right into an amp w/out the usual thing of unplugging cables. good luck!

Answer: Most cctv mics requires 12v and have BNC or RCA plugs on them. This unit takes 1/4" plug inputs and does not provide 12v. So, to use it with cctv mics you'll need an adepter to convert the BNC or RCA plugs to 1/4" and provide some way to get 12v to the mics.

Answer: yes , most receivers have a subwoofer low level (un amplified) RCA output. You could use an RCA X 1/4" TPS . RCA would plug into receiver and 1/4" TPS to Rockville sub. Remember the input on the sub is XLR - 1/4" combo . Which means you could plug either one into same input on subwoofer. You asked about using XLR . You do do that but I'm willing to bet it'd be easy to find a cable with RCA on one end and 1/4" TPS at the other vs RCA on one end and XLR at the other end. Either will work!

The Rockville RPG15 powered PA speaker is simply amazing in terms of sound quality, and raw power! This speaker has an incredible 1,000 watts of peak power and will deliver a massive amount of bass, mids, and highs. The ultra-efficient design is amazing!

This speaker is the result of a year of research and development. We tested samples of 5 top selling powered speakers and the RPG series out-performed them all. These go louder and have punchier bass. What we found to be interesting was that some of the other speakers we tested against these were rated by their manufacturers at 1,500 watts or more, but they only went around half as loud as these.



The 15" woofer built into this speaker has a 3" aluminum voice coil which provides an extremely loud, deep, punchy bass response. Couple that with our state-of-the-art 1.35'' Japanese made pure titanium-diaphragm compression driver and the ultra-wide dispersion, 40° large-format horizontal wave guide horn and you get beautiful full range concert-quality sound. The RPG15 has a versatile trapezoidal enclosure design which allows you to use it as a PA speaker or you can use the included mounting brackets and lay it on its' side to be used as a floor monitor. Question: Is the pole mounting size 36 mm
Answer: I just checked my pole mount it looks like its right around 36 mm. This was an eye ball check so I'm leaning towards 36 mm. Also these are very well built better then any of my other stands.
Question: Will these work with Harbinger HA120 speakers
Answer: From a brief look at Google, I would say yes. But you might want to look at the Harbinger specs of the speakers and look to see if they have a speaker stand "tophat" or a attachment. I saw pictures with these speakers on stands, these stands are standard size, so you should be good.
Question: Will these stands hold Fender passport 150 speakers
Answer: not familiar with the fender speakers - they will probably be ok - i would spend a few dollars more and get a higher quallity stand

This BPA8 speaker comes to the market as a result of one full year of intensive research and development. Our strategy used to be to re-sell other brands Bluetooth speakers at great price points. The Rockville RBG18FA folded horn subwoofer will blow you away. Please do not let the price point of this item fool you. Our goal was to manufacture a crazy loud and great sounding subwoofer. We started by testing subs by other brands that were retailing between the prices of $699 and $1999. One of our favorite subs was an old Mackie model called the SWA1501Z AND SWA1801Z. We loved the folded horn technology. The sub sounded great, packed a huge punch, and sounded as good as subs that cost twice the price. So our engineers decided on creating our sub with folded horn technology as well. When we were done manufacturing this thing, I was so blown away when I heard it. I do not believe there is a sub sounding this loud and this good even at triple our price. This sub should sell for $1199 or more. Question: Rbg18fa vs rbg18s? i have seen the spec sheets but just wanted to know if anyone had used both and would be willing to advocate one over the other.TY
Answer: go with the RBG18Fa. the 18s cant put out anywhere near its "rated" power. look at an image of the plate amplifier on the back. the 18s only has a 5A fuse, which means it can pull about 1/3 of the power that the FA can. the FA has a 15A fuse, which equals out to ~16-1700 absolute maximum watts, while the 15S can pull an absolute max of ~600 watts before the fuse blows.

Answer: 2 of 2 is referring to the heavy duty casters that are used for rolling it around. The price is for 1 sub only.

What the hell is a Folded-Horn Subwoofer anyway?

Folded-Horn Reflex Technology Explained:

Any 'horn' shape, which gradually expands from a small inlet to a large opening, will act as a physical amplifier for sounds applied to the smaller end. When coupled to a loudspeaker it improves its efficiency. However, a full size horn that would work at low frequencies would make for an impractically large cabinet. By 'folding' the horn back on itself (so that the inlet can be near the outlet), you can significantly reduce its size, without compromising the effect. When this technique is used to take the energy from the back of a speaker and redirect it to the front, you have a folded- horn, bass-reflex cabinet.
