Are these the new squeekless version of the sugar string

Answer:

The string that would be closest to the floor would be the one listed as Red, this is the 1st string. The 2nd string, just above that is the Blue. The 3rd string, from the floor, is the Green one. The one closest to your face, on the top, would be the final, White string. If you were looking at the face of the Uke, the 4th string (white string) would be the one furthest to the left, and the Red labeled string would be furthest to the right. Hope that helps!

Question:	Is this packet contains a single Low G 4th String
Answer:	So mine are definitely different thicknesses, and there's a legend printed on the back that shows a color code for the appropriate string position. However there is no color on any of the strings. The legend was actually covered up by a sticker, and I'm wondering if these were rejects or something. I ordered mine from a seller named "Simbas deals." Everything else about the packaging looked very official: special seal for the aquila envelope, sealed anti-static type bag for the strings.

Answer:	In regards to strings? I am not sure whether there is strings for concert size, but I have tenor uke also and tenor uke , because of bigger size, have thicker and longer strings. As you may know if you can equate soprano size ukeas Violin, concert size as viola, and tenor as cello and Baritone uke as bass in an orchestra, you can get the idea that as you move up, the size gets larger and produce lower notes. So the soprano string is thinnest and produce highest pitched notes.

Answer:	the low G is a wound string which is tuned one octave lower than the high G. it is tuned lower the C string while to high G is tuned higher than the C. Guitar players tend to like low G tuning as it is more like guitar. I buy single low g strings which allows versatility.

The New Nylgut is nor common Nylon or Carbon (Fluocarbon fishing line or PVDF), or a mix of them. It is a plastic compound of three different components



Compared to Nylon, the New Nylgut produces a better sound and stays in tune better, this because the moisture absorption is less of .1% against the 2.0% of Nylon normally employed for the musical strings (i.e. Du Pont Tynex polyammide 6-12).



Due to the higher density, similar to that of pure gut (1.30 gr/cm3), the New Nylgut produces a better sound than Nylon and it is not so metallic like those of the so- called ‘Carbon’ (Fluorocarbon) PVDF strings.

Answer:	I find that sugar strings squeak when they are brand new unless you have very good technique. I put them on at my teacher's recommendation and found that avoiding squeaks did improve my technic. Once the strings are broken in, they don't squeak.

Question:	Does the Low G snap easily like in the red series
Answer:	I'm not sure, but my experience so far has been very positive. The umbrella seems to be solidly built and holds up well in moderately strong wind. It crisply snaps open and folds up easily. It's also very compact and fits into most bags. However, it's not a very wide umbrella, if that's a necessity. I would also recommend tying it with the attached strap right after use.

Answer:	not sure what you mean by standard? these travel umbrellas, at this size, are all the same. maybe you are asking because one is less expensive than another? that is an amazon dynamic where some colors are easier to get and some are not... so sometimes "basic" black is cheaper. not sure if that was why you asked but... if so... buy the color you'd like at the price you like. they are the same as far as i have experienced--- i have bought both amazon basics and the repel brand, same-size, travel, umbrellas.... and see no difference other than the amazon basics having a wind vent.
