Answer: It gives you gain control, plus a few echo effects. If you want Metal I believe there is a metal version vox device.. Hope that helps!

Answer: The ac30 does not have a distortion mode. What I love about this one is it is super clean sounding. I'm 100% sure you can buy a piece to go from it to a pedal than to the head set, but take it from me don't get there ac30 headset or any of the headset period with this. Buy a gaming headset, with a Mic. To everyone else sounds like your singing to no music, but sounds so clear to the user. Ac30 is better than I could ever hope for I recommend it 100% to anyone. Answer: 29 grams
Question: I have bad knees and ankles. How high impact are these workouts
Answer: I would not consider it so, there are 29g carbohydrates I believe and 2g of sugar, considerably lower than a stack of pancakes, but for true keto I’d say no. These are great for if you are adding large protein amounts and want those carbs for the energy.
Question: Will this teach me martial arts? Beyond basic or basic moves
Answer: I guess the best time to eat them is when your hungry, they are a large bar 31 grams of protein, 400 calories, lots of vitamins, 140 mg of potassium, 380 mg of sodium. I don't use them to supplement a meal on a regular basis. I carry one on a day hike or several on a backpacking trip. I often eat one as a lunch while on a day hike instead of carrying a sandwich etc. I use the crispy apple pie and find them to be very good. I often carry several with me on a backpacking or canoe trip just in case the trip takes longer than I expected. The bars are not heavy and easy to carry.
Question: Is this challenging? I do not want beginner workouts. I like the kickboxing format but I need a challenge

Question: Base kit vs t25 vs max30 - which one would be best for a busy college student looking to lose weight fast
Answer: T 25 is hard but, it is do able. I sometimes felt I wasn't getting enough out of t25 only because it was 25 min. Max 30 is difficult all around but they have a modifier. Actually both have a modifier. T25 I would consider for beginners and max 30 is more for intermediate and advanced. It is up to you based on what type of work you want. I have tried both I like max 30 because I saw results faster and he made it fun. T25 i saw results but not as fast. If your new to working out t25 so you can build up to max 30. If you have been working out I would go for max 30.
Question: Hopefully i can get answer ASAP but im not a person that works our and isnt all too fit. I want to know if this program is for me
Answer: This workout is perfect for you I did insanity about five years ago I was 250 pounds and had never worked out once in my life following the workout plan and eating a healthy diet I managed to drop 50 pounds within six months so any exercise is good for you you may not be able to max out in the beginning but I guarantee you with commitment you well at the end good luck
Question: If the point of this intense program is to Max out... what happens when I get exhausted 5 minutes into it and max out? What then? Stop for that day
Answer: No. You stop, get some water, catch your breath and come back to it. Even if u have to stop every 5 min, the point is eventually U will make it to 10 and then 15 and so on...hope this helps.
Question: What is the difference between the Insanity Max 30 and T
Answer: Insanity Max is t25 times 100. T25 is intense but no where near as intense as Insanity Max 30. The goal of t25 is to nail the entire workout where insanity max is to "max" out early on and then continue to workout. The goal at the end is to make it through the entire workout without maxing out. If you are a newcomer to Shaun T or to fitness, I would recommend T25 or regular insanity before venturing to insanity max. I did t25 after I gave birth and lost 26 lbs on it. Now I'm on to insanity max after finishing all levels of t25 and doing insanity. Good luck!

Answer: There are a few different workouts. I typically do the disco workout and I do the dance party. Of course the disco has disco music..the dance party. Has some Michael Jackson, Madonnna, etc......

Answer: This says 7 workouts & the one on their site says 5. But it is 19.95 on their site with 7.99 shipping.
Question: Does this play in the UK
Answer: Hi Thelma - the first workout (Mark, Move & Groove which is teaching the basics) is maybe 15 minutes long; the second (Disco Groove) is 35 minutes; the third (Party Express) is approximately 35 minutes while Shaun T's Dance Party is 45 minutes. I'm just now learning the choreography of Dance Party. They are all very challenging at first but just a lot of fun. There are 3 extra workouts: Rock it out is 45 minutes; Hard Core Abs is 10 minutes - what a workout that is! Booty time is approximately 30 minutes and this is the workout I've not seen yet. All really do get your body working and heart rate elevated for a very good aerobic workout as well as geared to strengthening the core. I chose to also purchase a week later Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs so I could learn the secret to his Tilt, Tuck and Tighten technique. Audio is not so good on the first CD but the second CD is much better and focuses on the abs. I'm liking this for the abs and obliques - strengthening the core. The third CD focuses on the buns and thighs - not tried that one out yet. At 66 I never dreamed I'd have so much fun working out alone in my living room. Loving it and hope I can build, strengthen and continue this activity for quite some time to come.Hope I've answered your question but then I think I've given you extra. If you make this purchase I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. The best workout! Question: Is this workout appropriate for somebody who is in moderate shape (not great cardio) but has not workouted in little over a year
Answer: Yes, it really works! As a 52 year old woman, I started this workout 3 months ago, and have really toned up and lost weight. (but I am also watching what I eat!) This is not an easy workout if you are a beginner, but if you modify, go slowly and build up to the full intensity, it really does work! Shaun makes it fun to do every day! It is not hard to learn the routines, doesn't go too fast (unlike the hip-hop ab video) and there is enough variety between the "rock it out" and "shaun's dance party" to work all parts of your body. I was skeptical about it at first, bought it on a whim, and now I am so glad I did.

Answer: No they are not
Question: They are charging the same as on the beach body website, will Amazon offer the same express shipping as offered with the beach body website
Answer: I wish I knew. I have been terrible at doing them but I have to tell you I love the dvds. I felt accomplished being able to complete the first one completely. The second one a little more difficult but still got through it. It was super motivating to me to have the bigger girls to watch. I just have to work out my schedule to get back on track. Good luck!
Question: How long is each workout
Answer: I was able to use the dvd with very little space. You just have to take smaller steps. I would say about 5 sq ft would be best. Hand weights don’t come with the dvd but you could certainly use them.

Answer: I really like the dvd as it is a good work out. But with all workout aids, you have to use it and life got in my way. I am using water fitness presently.

Answer: She gives you three options, so you can start off with no weights, all exercises are 20 minutes and there is also 5 minute ones. It comes with a booklet that you follow. It has a chart you follow daily, that has beginner, intermediate and advance. Each DVD has 3- 20 minute and 2 -5 minute, so you choose what level you are at.
Question: How many times per week are the DVDs done
Answer: The program is designed with an emphasis on working the abs, glutes, and legs, but there are a variety of workouts that target all major muscle groups, including your upper body.

Answer: Some of the workouts included in Toning Transformation do include light weights. There are no specific warm up and cool down workouts, as they are built into the workouts themselves.
