Answer:	This does not come with primer. You do not have to use a gloss, but i would highly recommend this if you want your floor to look good over time. I used a clear poly over this as the epoxy itself will chip/Scratch easily.

Answer:	There are 2 gallons part A and 1 gallon part B. You mix 2 parts A with 1 Part B,then you have approximately 15 to 20 minutes application time depending on temperature to apply.

Answer:	A three gallon UTN60 kit will cover about 800 square feet when applied as a base coat directly on unsealed/prepped concrete. As a top coat, a three gallon UTN60 kit will cover about 1000 square feet.

Answer:	Please refer to the UTN60 technical data sheet for detailed instructions (or contact Foundation Armor directly). Basically a concrete surface is diamond ground between 20 to 60 grit, surface is cleaned, allowed to dry and then the UTN60 is rolled on with a 3/8 inch nap roller(thin coat) before being reapplied 10 to 12 hours later. The UTN60 should only be applied to dry concrete that does not have a subsurface moisture issue.

Answer:	I don't see why not, however, I also have to wonder if it is necessary. Only you would. I was happy, generally, with the product, HOWEVER, I followed all application instructions. I swept, vacuumed, acid-etched, washed, rinsed and dried before coating. I put down two coats in high traffic areas as per instructions. The application was in a garage. I also waited nearly two weeks before putting cars in. Despite this adherence to protocol, I still got peeling and lifting of the paint where the tires sit (I control the parked position of the vehicles with stop blocks), resulting in 8 patches of lifted paint. Not sure what more I could have done.

Question:	Can this be used on plywood and bond properly
Answer:	I am not sure about mildew, but it is incredible at removing road film and restoring the paint to silky smooth texture. I have removed several stains including small rust spots with this product.
Question:	does this kit include the concrete etch
Answer:	I know this an old question but I have found that Zymol HD Cleanse works well from the removing bird crap spots. Use it according the instructions. It takes a small amount of elbow grease but it will remove it faster then machine polishing with a light cut polish.

Answer:	It's pretty sticky stuff, but not sure how well it would hold up compared to concrete.
Question:	Is everything you need included in the box
Answer:	Have used both. This seems MUCH more durable. Definitely worth the price difference
