Answer: | I had a similar problem with my ender 3 when i first got it. It turned out that the power supply was switched to run at 220V. I switched it to 110V input and it started working as it should. |

Answer: | This is a 24v unit. You probably have a 12v controller. If you swap the heater cartridge with a 12v one it will work fine. Double check with a multimeter on the terminals the heater connects to but this was my issue. |

Answer: | Torque setting should be a smidge past snug. Basic install should be done while cool (don't burn yourself) with the final tightening of the nozzle done at full temp. Get everything mostly tight without the nozzle bottoming out, then run it up to 250c, let it soak for a moment, then torque down between the heaterblock and nozzle. Let it cool a bit, then install the Bowden tube and feed filament into the machine . . . And you're good to go. Expect to run the nozzle 5 to 10c hotter than you have been, particularly if you use a steel nozzle. |

Answer: | As long as the heating cartridge fits you shouldn't have a problem. I'm not familiar with the MK10 heating block, but again as long as it fits it should be fine. If there's too much of a gap or risk of it falling out - potentially catching the print on fire - I'd buy another heater cartridge that's v6 compatible. |

Answer: | May not be worth it. You’d have to reverse engineer that plug. Good for quick hot end swaps once you do though. |
