Answer:	You could fit an ice pack in the bag outside the actual box. Nothing else would keep it cold. I would not call the bag insulated. It is a foam type polyester feeling material. If you had a small flat ice pack it could possibly fit in one of the compartments. One thing it does not fit are prepackaged fruit cups or applesauce which is disappointing bc liquids leak. I just throw them in the bag. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The 2 top sections are 200mL each. The bottom section is 750 mL.

Answer:	I’ve never timed it, but I can pack my food hot (not boiling) in the morning (around 7am) & it’s still passably warm (warm enough to eat without blowing on it but not at all cool) by lunch (12-1pm) without any extra effort on my part. Hope that helps.
