Answer:	There is a screw on the legs (look for the one on each leg below the circle foot rest), turn the chair sideways and unscrew it and remove it, then slide each leg up or down until the hole height you want is now lined up with that screw hole, replace and re-tighten the screw. That gives you height difference. The back rest by your shoulders has a bolt on the back that you can loosen and move the upper part. I usually don't change that part, just the leg height as needed. No, it isn't a 'fast' adjustment like an office chair, but then this baby is built to last pretty near forever and without that lever thing to break, you could channel your inner Hulk and still have a working chair. These are the ones (and the other stool without a back) that we had in the science department in both high school and college, they survive that well. Office chairs are crap and break super fast by comparison. If your tush needs some comfort, toss a seat cushion on--depending on your leg length, you might be more comfortable with a ground foot rest rather than the ring, but that is a personal thing either way. The metal feet in the rear of the tray do a good job of giving the rack a nice angle for draining. The spout is not tremendously big, but it does a good job of draining the water. However, as with all dish racks, not every drop of water will always drain into the sink. The instructions for the rack suggest cleaning the tray once a month to ensure a long life for the product. All in all, this is convenient, effective, and well worth the money in my opinion. Best of luck.

Answer:	Good question! No worries, though. Unless you are licking the basin or eating/drinking directly out of it, it doesn't matter. Google it. It can't transfer to other surfaces, such as the cereal bowls you eat out of. It can only leak into the food or water of a container containing the food or water. It doesn't leak into the air. Even if you did eat out of it, the food/liquid would have had to have been in it for a while. BPA hasn't been used in water bottles, baby bottles, etc, for over a decade. This is strictly enforced and tested. And anyway, with all the other plastics, many cheaper and better now, there's no reason for China or anywhere to be "sneaky" about using it. And if it was found in food containers, those all get thrown out & the company charged a fine. All around just not worth it. Supply and demand continues to reduce its use. If there's less demand for a product, the price rises to compensate for the reduced revenue. Hence, companies start using even less of it, and so on. Hope that alleviates concerns about that, as it's hard to find anything or an items packaging (95% made in China) that hasn't at least partially been made in China & other countries. Answer:	I took out my measuring tape for you. Width 17 3/4", height from bottom of hanger to top of hanger 5 3/4", if I measure botton of hanger to the top of the goosneck curve,(hook), 9". I hope this helps.
Question:	Can you stand plates upright between the rods? Or do you have to lay them flat
Answer:	The picture they show on Amazon is a picture of what they call a 2 pack. You get twice that. Ergo you do get 4 different hangers.
Question:	Provided you have two sides on your sink, how is this better than a traditional dish drain rack
Answer:	A mark? Like a crease? Yes maybe, but nothing an iron couldn't buff out. Or if they're tight enough, the crest won't be visible. BUT, if you do not wipe these hangers down before use, yes they will leave a dark mark on your pants. Just from touching the hangers with my hands I learned that quick.

Question:	I have an older model of this which fits over one of my sinks of a double sink. How do I check measurements on sink for fit
Answer:	I do not use it with a double sink but with a 33 x 22 inch sink. I just measured the basket and it is 14 1/2 inches long by 11 1/2 inches wide. I have lengthened the length to 22 inches for my sink. It would lengthen a bit more but I did not need more length. Hope this helps. I think this would fit just about any sink.
Question:	Does it come with that plastic plate at the bottom if you wanted to use it on the countertop to drip the water
