Answer:	Winches are not rated for continuous duty. A 5% duty cycle at full rated load is typical. If the relay is properly matched to the winch and the winch is operated at reasonable loading (well below 100% of rated load) the relay will not be the weak link in the setup. You should have inline cb's to prevent overheating.
