Answer:	There are Phillips screws holding it together. It's made out of bamboo, and to me it's sturdy, classy-looking and well-made, well worth 20 bucks

Answer:	I think the manufacturer is simply saying the rack can be used to dry utensils. There is definitely NOT a separate utensil holder with this rack.

Answer:	Use a light bleach/water solution and rub mold off using a rag. Wear gloves to protect your hands and careful with the bleach as it's toxic and will stain some items.
