Answer:	Those attachments can not reach the bottom of the bowl in order to protect it. Because if the beaters etc reach the bottom of the bowl, the friction can damage the bowl and put extra strain on the mixer's motor. If the attachments are rubbing against the bowl, there will be some wear on the bottom of the attachment or you can see small circular scratches on the bottom of the bowl. Those damage will shorten the service life of the stand mixer.

Answer:	The whisk attachment reaches the bottom at maybe 1/8th of an inch difference. The bread hook is a little more. I suppose the beater would also be at the level of the hook.

Answer:	No, more like a typical bowl shape with. Five inch diameter flat piece attached to bottom. I’ve gone through more mixer units in my in my 57 years on this earth, and Hamilton Beach got this design correct. Perfect size!!!!!

Answer:	The 800JEXL looks and sounds like it means business. When you see it you think, (in a overly macho tone) 'Yeah ... this thing juices'. The BJE200XL on the other hand, while I'm sure it works well for $100, looks more a toy with it's circular window and cleanup sounds like it's a real PITA. If you're going to buy a juicer, spend the money on fresh fruit and vegetables, and take the time to juice them, you might as well do yourself a favor and get the best model you can.
Question:	The dough hook doesn't reach the bottom of the bowl. Is the height of the mixing head adjustable? There is a screw visible when the head is raised
Answer:	When I ran the pulp through, the juice was too strong for me. I use just a small amount of kale in my juice because it is so strong. I use 1 or 2 red beets and the leaves, which are a great source of nutrients. I also like fresh turnip greens along with various types of lettuce and parsley. I like to experiment with the juices. I do not juice citrus rinds nor tough stalks like kale has. I usually add a few granny Smith Apple's, a couple of grapefruit and a couple of oranges to taste. I juice every other day. Have fun!

Answer:	Hi I generally use no more than 4 cups of flour for mixing any of my dough, for either pizza or bread. I use a strong flour as well as a cup of vital wheat gluten and the dual mixing arms makes the job much easier and more complete. It mixes small batches of flour quite well and I am more than satisfied with the results I've had so far. For really heavy duty mixes of 5 to 8 cups of flour including water, I resort to my heavy duty mixing machine. My only reason for buying Aicok was for small batches that never seem to get mixed properly in a larger mixer. I recommend this one for it's reliability in getting the mixing done properly.

Answer:	According to the Instruction Booklet pg. 6, there is a Limited Three-Year Warranty. You can visit their website www.cuisinart.com or call their Service Center at 1-800-726-0190
Question:	What is the warranty
Answer:	The power cord should be placed neatly in plastic bottom along with its utensils. Then, the whole plastic box clips onto bottom of mixer for storage. The cord does not hang outside of bottom plastic box. I love mine.
Question:	Were is this made
Answer:	The beaters are ejected with a lever below the gripping handle. The lever is easily reached by the pointer finger of the hand holding the Cuisinart mixer. Before answering this question I inserted the beaters and then gripped the handle and put my index finger on the ejector lever. I am in my middle 70s so my fingers are not as strong as 20 years ago, but the joints are not stiff from arthritis. I felt that the pull on the ejector lever was not difficult at all.
Question:	Is the lowest speed truly low? We have a mixer that is turbo and shocking on level 1, so are curious
Answer:	May 2020 answer: I came down to the Kitchen Aid 9 spd or the Cuisinart 7 or 9 spd models as the play-off finalists. The KA 9 Spd now has a 220 watt motor, albeit with delrin parts that keep the weight down. The Cuisinart has longer life expectancy motor parts and a three-year warranty w/historical true customer service. However, An Amazon refurbished KA 9Spd can have an Asurion 3 yr warranty added for $5 and the price is still competitive with the Cuisinart 7 Spd new. SO, I ordered both for the Championship mix-off. [With no NCAA Final Four nor Stanley Cup Series this year, had to have something!] The Kitchen Aid is a tad lighter, but it didn't seem any sloppier managing the beater shafts , and the onn/off KA switch makes the rushed-dummy in all of us to start on slow speed (#1). The Cuisinart is a bit heavier (motor parts) and the weight is in the front lower portion of the appliance, which might have helped anchor control of the working beaters a slight bit (It seeed negligible to me, but refined ladies with wrists that can't serve four steins of beer with each hand may want to take note). The BIG DIFF seems to come with NOISE POLLUTION considerations: had read the Cuisinarts were just plain loud beyond belief. And it did seem true. So I installed a handful of decibel apps in my phone to verify. The Cuisinart was between 5-25 decibels louder than the Kitchen Aid., depending upon the speed and the decibel meter used: 80% of the meters read between 10-20 db of difference., with a very obnoxious difference at speeds 5, 6 and 7. Cuisinarts at Lower speeds were in the mid/high 60s db levels. The top three speeds hovered near 70/70+ db, and a couple meter apps gave readings in the mid/upper 70s consistently. ( Hearing damage begins at 90 dbs, but thinking and mildly complex brain functions are impacted above 70 dbs. ) Both my parents valued well built tools over the alleged value of cheaper models, but the noise factor was significant. Valuing what cerebral processes I still have left and wanting to enjoy myself when making meals and treats in the kitchen I opted for the refurbished Kitchen Aid with the Asurian 3 yr warranty added- I have dealt with Asurion for a decade for my smartphones and they have been reasonable and cooperative consistently. Your mileage may of course, vary, but I hope not: here's to enjoying your just desserts even as you make them.
